You need an 8-digit De Anza College Student ID (CWID) to schedule an appointment. You will receive your CWID after filling out an application for admission to De Anza College.

NOTE: After filling out the application for admission, please allow 24-48 hours for the CWID to become activated before attempting to book your appointment.
