To schedule an appointment with a Counselor or Academic Advisor, you will need an eight-digit De Anza College Student Campus-wide Identification Number (CWID). You may acquire a CWID after completing an application for admissions to De Anza College here: http://www.deanza.edu/registration/myinfo.html
